Panel Welcomes 2021 Summer Intern

The Inspection Panel this week welcomed its summer 2021 intern, Sara Gammon.

With most World Bank staff continuing to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, Sara will intern remotely, assisting the Panel on case and advisory work. 

A Truman Scholar, Sara earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Kansas State University in 2020 and just completed a master’s degree in development studies from Cambridge University. 

Sara has previously interned at Growing Hope Globally, Cargill Feed & Nutrition and the MS Swaminathan Research Foundation in India. As part of a Kansas State program, she also volunteered at the Children and Youth Empowerment Center in Nyeri, Kenya.
