Inspection Panel Welcomes Summer 2020 Interns

The Inspection Panel this week welcomed its summer 2020 interns, Menatalla Mohamed and Jacob Reagan.
 
With World Bank staff continuing to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mena and Jake will intern remotely, assisting the Panel on case and advisory work. 
 
Both Mena and Jake were selected as Truman Scholars. Jake was also selected as a Rhodes Scholar.
 
Mena graduated in May from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with a degree in Science, Technology and International Affairs and a certificate in Arab Studies. She has worked as a research assistant at the Center for Contemporary Arab Studies at the School of Foreign Service and previously interned at the U.S. State Department’s Population, Refugees and Migration Bureau and at the Jesuit Refugee Service/USA.
 
Jake graduated in May from the University of Colorado with degrees in Political Science and Spanish Language and Literature. He was a fellow at Teach for America in the summer of 2019 and previously interned in the U.S. Senate and the Colorado House of Representatives. Jake served as student body president at the University of Colorado from May 2018 to May 2019.
