Camila Jorge do Amaral is an extended-term consultant with the Inspection Panel. She joined the Panel as a Research Assistant in February 2019 and took on the role of Analyst in August 2020. Prior to the World Bank, she worked with the government of the State of São Paulo in the Department of Social Development focused on social protection programs and sustainable development goals, and in the Department of Justice on child labor issues and refugees, and with non-governmental organizations in the Brazilian Amazon. She holds a master’s degree in Latin American studies, with a governance concentration, and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Georgetown University. Camila speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French.
